This Retreat is held at Vrindavan town located on the Banks of the Holy River Yamuna on weekends and is an opportunity to immerse in social and cultural activities based on ancient Vaishnav Traditions and understand ‘Sankhya-yog’. Our objective is to offer a learning holiday with a focus on conservation of Yamuna and & valuable cultural heritage of Braj region. This retreat will also provide opportunity to learn about a Healthy lifestyle to avoid common health problems related to life styles like Sugar, Stress, Cholesterol, Obesity (Overweight), Tension, back pain and Joint Pain through Ayurvedic consultation.
During this progarmme you can also enjoy the Sight-Seen of some unique places around Mathura & Vrindavan, which are often missed by visitors coming to these destinations.
