Yogi Digamber Dutt is originally from a traditional Brahamin (Priest) family from village Plam of Uttarakhand state of India located in the Himalayas. He is a well versed in ancient Himalayan Yogic traditions and a very experienced teacher of Pranayaam and Meditation.He studied physics, mathematics and ancient spiritual texts like Bhagvadgita, Puranas ,Vedas and Upnishadas and was interested in devotional practices right from his childhood.He is very knowledgeable in ancient as well as modern styles of Yoga and teaches beginners and advance students Yoga Philosophy, Ayurveda, Hindu Rituals, Prayers and their importance in Yogic life. He was originally a scholar of Physics/Metaphysics (Science beyond the ritual activities) and worked as a professor of Physics with in School/ Engineering Colleges in Delhi region and Dehradoon (Uttarakhand) for 12 Years and is still engaged in teaching few of the engineering subjects. Now, he is fully dedicated to teaching spirituality, yoga & Metaphysics to students in India and abroad. His scientific background coupled with a deep knowledge of Indian philosophy is very helpful to our students in understanding meditation techniques and its importance for a healthy life.
